Gameplay Mechanics

Miniature Agnostic: Players can collect and field any fantasy miniatures they already own from any brand.
Streamlined Rank & Flank: Rebuilds classic mass-battle mechanics from the ground up by removing individual models during combat and utilizing unit-wide tracking.
Rock-Paper-Scissors Balance: Unit types (such as goblins, beasts, monstrous infantry, and infernal dwarfs) counter one another, ensuring no single unit dominates the table.
Doom Token System: Units do not take traditional wound tracking; instead, taking damage generates “Doom Tokens”. If tokens equal or exceed a unit’s courage, the unit breaks, triggering a panic phase for nearby allies.
Chaos of War & Fortune Cards: Scenarios and unpredictable environmental twists are determined prior to deployment, while tactical Fortune Cards can be played or discarded mid-match for dice re-rolls.
