My name is Miko, and I am founding Hetman Miniatures, a new miniature range specializing in 28mm white metal historical miniatures from 17th-century Eastern Europe. I’ve been a fantasy and historical tabletop gamer for over 20 years, and it’s always been my dream to create my own line of miniatures to bring to life the epic battles of Henryk Śienkiewicz’s With Fire and Sword. I am based in-between the UK and the EU, meaning I can offer both UK and EU friendly fulfilment.
This Kickstarter aims to fund the production of our first faction: the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth of the late 17th century. We hope to expand into other regional factions in the future. I’ve focused on delivering the highest quality, ensuring exceptional detail and consistency. Using digital design, we create miniatures that are then cast in premium white metal and high-quality resin. Riders and infantry are cast in metal, whilst horses are cast in resin to keep shipping and army weight down!
This project aims to produce a total of 34 miniatures, including the legendary Winged Hussars, as well as armored Pancerni Cavalry, Light Cavalry, Mounted Dragoons, and Wybraniecka Infantry. Kickstarter backers will receive a discount of 5-20%. Cavalry are purchasable as just riders, or paired with corresponding horses – giving you the option to use our figures with other horses.
