Pride & Power Themed Warband

Hina
Yurei has a way of drawing in lost souls, and this wandering spirit is no exception. Whatever fate ended Hina’s’s life was steeped in tragedy; now she is tormented by a circle of possessed dolls that whisper ceaseless tales of mischief and trickery into her ears. Their murmurs cling to her like a curse. One look into her hollow, unblinking eyes is enough to send a shiver through even the bravest warrior.
Expanding on the well known Kaidan recursion methods, this profile opens up fresh ways to elevate your scenario play and manipulate state markers with remarkable flexibility. When paired with other Kaidan pieces, it unlocks powerful synergies that enable entirely new warband configurations, pushing you closer to the dream of a truly unkillable force.

Itsumade
Hatched in a dark eyrie and secreted away since being a fledgeling, Itsumade was the natural choice to be sent to train with the Kage Kaze Zoku. Sent out before Sojobo’s descent from the mountains he was trained to spy on humankind and feed information back up the mountain. Revered as a student in the KKZ for representing a form of the Clans symbol integration into a single house was never possible. Training under the watchful eyes of his masters he adopted a unique style fitting to his avian nature and double role. Raised in loyalty to two masters he became a Nukenin, a shinobi without a House, a tolerated but not venerated Tengu. He now wanders Jwar, adding his prodigious skills and cunning to either side, thwarting or advancing plans from the shadows as he sees fit, waiting for his true king to call him back to his side.

Eclipse
Having crossed the sixteen hells during initiation, Eclipse left the cosmic wheel of rebirth to live eternal. Eclipse now creates in its likeness, soulless murderers and forlorn hopes. Able to rip its being apart, Eclipse uses its powers to split part of its soul from its body, able to operate in two places at once. Appearing and disappearing as it pleases, stepping between the material world and the realm of Jigoku, always on the hunt for more souls to populate the sixteen hells. With melee and ranged weapon options, able to split into two models and highly mobile, Eclipse will provide great backup for any ninja list. As creator of the unknown ninjas Eclipse profits from their presence on the battlefield. Splitting the soul is a risk-reward gamble leading to decisive victory or certain demise.
Eclipse slips across the battlefield in a haze of shadow‑born ninja arts, a shade never fully where the enemy expects. It splits its own soul to conjure new forms, bewildering opponents and securing its chosen target with eerie precision.

Tokinori
Though their clan tolerated them, Tokinori and Ryoka‑Sha were always held at arm’s length for their unnatural powers. Even so, they carved their names into legend during the Dragon Wars. Fear, awe, and suspicion followed them everywhere, but no one could deny the force they brought to the battlefield.
They had trained together since childhood, yet adulthood pushed them down different paths. Ryoka‑Sha learned to bend time, freezing moments, stretching seconds, turning battles into precise, impossible dances. Tokinori shaped his power into raw frontline strength.
When the Dragon Wars finally ended, a darker threat emerged. A silent, disciplined order appeared, fanatics obsessed with erasing time itself. The Kinshi Temple’s attacks came without warning, shadows striking and vanishing before bodies hit the ground.
With this hidden enemy closing in, the clans turned to the one warrior they trusted to face the dark. Tokinori was chosen to lead a covert campaign in an unspoken war to expose these zealots and stop their crusade, with the goal of erasing Ku entirely.
Tokinori hunted Ku and his monks with near‑religious fervor, convinced his existence violated a sacred law. To him, Ku and his followers were an abomination that had to be stopped.
Tokinori expands upon Ryu’s mastery of time, stepping onto the battlefield as a warrior who bends moments to his will. He’s a relentless combatant, weaving a host of temporal tricks into every strike as he hunts down the enemy’s warband.

Jemuzu
Jēmuzu, a fighter with a troubled past, rises quickly through the Jumo ranks by studying his idol, Yokozuna Akashi, never suspecting that Akashi secretly despises him. Akashi’s daughter, privileged and secretly running a smuggling front for the Silvermoon Trade Syndicate, frames Jēmuzu to protect her father’s legacy, getting him banned for life.
Already carrying the scars of his past, literally, after removing old tattoos that marked who he used to be the injustice breaks him. As he spirals, the Cult’s whispers draw him in, revealing that Akashi engineered his downfall. Consumed by vengeance, Jēmuzu gathers Cult allies and moves to confront him only to be ambushed by Akashi’s daughter, who believes she’s killed him.
When she returns to the body, an eerie presence forces her to flee. Moments later, Jēmuzu has vanished, leaving her to realize she may have unleashed something far worse than the man she tried to silence.
Jēmuzu brings new synergies to the Burakumin gifting cult, offering a strong Buto option that lets you control the battlefield in fresh ways.
