The Eclipsed Sanctuaries – STL Terrain

by 3DHexes

The Eclipsed Sanctuaries is a set of 3D-printable STL files built around the architecture and sculpture of the ancient Mediterranean: Greek temple fronts with pediments and meander friezes, a round tholos with a dome, caryatids carrying entablatures and fire bowls, a Roman-style triumphal arch and colonnades broken down to their bases.

Most of the statues are the old gods themselves: a father of the gods on his throne with a halo of rays, a helmeted goddess of wisdom and a goddess with a sun disc in her crown.

The Base Set is full of suns, carved into pediments and crowns. In the Stretch Goals I swapped them for the crescent moon.

It works on any fantasy table that needs ancient ruins. In Dungeons & Dragons it makes a good forgotten shrine. In Warhammer: Age of Sigmar or Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings you can build a whole field of broken monuments with it, or the old centre of a city.
