It has now been a few years since we launched the mighty LARC via Kickstarter. Our gorgeous little scifi / post modern utility VTOL has been a popular model year after year and even appears in various 3rd party games. Whilst we updated her with the long bodied crew carrier version a while back, we have always wanted to revisit this highly modular little flyer and to give her a bit more of a futuristic makeover!
So.. we went back to the drawing board and asked our Head Sculptor, Kieran, to sprinkle some of his magic sculpty dust over the original LARC and he delivered magnificently!
MODULAR BY DESIGN, LETHAL BY DEFAULT
The LARC 2 is engineered for complete tactical flexibility:
• Cockpit Variants: Choose between a streamlined single-crew cockpit for rapid deployments or a sleeker dual-seat cockpit with integrated forward mounts.
• Rotor System: Hollow-core, coil-lined anti-grav twin rotors — lighter, quieter, and angle-adjustable for dense-zone maneuvering.
• Tail Redesign: Hooped stabilizer with embedded coils for enhanced pitch control and lateral responsiveness.
• Skid System: Modular and stealth-profiled with optional flotation upgrades for hover-maritime insertion.
FIELD-CONFIGURABLE ARMAMENT & ACCESS In modern engagements, adaptability is dominance. The LARC 2 includes:
• Chin Mount Hardpoint: Compatible with Kore and legacy Stork platforms — plug, calibrate, fire.
• Side Pylons: Door-integrated, offset vertical mounts allow stacking and avoid cross-platform interference.
• Gunship Mode: Twin pylons for quad-rack assault. Total battlefield saturation in seconds.
CREW INTEGRATION: CUSTOMIZABLE, HUMANIZED, READY Precision meets personality with new crew options:
• Jump-Suited Crew Models: Four unique poses, helmeted and bare-headed. Male and female heads included.
• Action Poses: Skid-riders, side-mounted gunners, seated operators — perfect for mission planning sims or high-end tactical miniatures.
SCALABILITY FOR ALL ZONES Available in:
• 28mm Tactical
• 15mm Rapid Deployment
The entire range is backward-compatible with legacy LARC kits, while pushing forward a new visual identity.
