Test of Honour

Test of Honour is a tabletop skirmish wargame set in feudal Japan where players control small bands of samurai and other warriors, typically 5-20 models per side. The game features cinematic, fast-paced, and bloody battles where players activate individual warriors one at a time to complete scenario objectives, like capturing territory or defeating enemy heroes. Players build their forces around a samurai hero and companions, using cards to represent units and skills. The system emphasizes tactical decision-making, incorporating elements like character progression, moral choices, and scenario-based campaigns that tell stories of betrayal and revenge.
