Basic Impetus 2.0

Basic Impetus 2.0 is a flexible, innovative and fast play system provided with 340 army lists ranging from Sumerian to Renaissance.
It shares the same basing system and mechanics of Impetus but with less details to provide a faster game with a reasonable amount of miniatures. Suitable both for the newbie and the expert wargamer.

  • Units: Armies are comprised of about 8-14 units. 
  • Measurement: Measurements are based on the base width of the units, making it flexible for different figure scales. 
  • Gameplay: Battles are designed to be fought quickly, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. 
  • Flexibility: It allows players to build and test armies from different historical periods. 
  • Introduction: It serves as an entry point for players to learn the concepts and terminology of the main Impetus game.
