This Kickstarter funds a new line of premium immersive battlemats for miniature wargaming and tabletop RPGs, manufactured in-house in the United States. Each battlemat is built for durability, consistency, and visual immersion, with original high-definition artwork designed to elevate both competitive and narrative play.
Tabletop players pour an incredible amount of time, care, and creativity into their games, investing dozens of hours assembling and painting armies, refining strategies, and immersing themselves in the worlds and stories that make these games come alive. Yet too often, when the dice hit the table, the battlefield itself falls short, failing to reflect the passion and effort players bring to the hobby.
Our team has spent thousands of hours playing tabletop RPGs and miniature wargaming, and we repeatedly encountered the same problem: the battlefield rarely lived up to the passion poured into the models placed on it. While attending and later hosting local wargaming tournaments, the issue became impossible to ignore. Beautiful armies were competing on mismatched boards, worn surfaces, or generic mats that lacked immersion and consistency from table to table.
We started small, experimenting with spray-painted plywood boards and hand-built MDF terrain to give tournament players a more consistent and immersive experience. That hands-on process revealed a larger issue across the hobby. Many battlemats were produced overseas using materials that did not hold up to repeated play, and most designs were overly generic, offering little sense of place or scale for the battles unfolding on them.

Every battlemat in this Kickstarter is manufactured in-house in the United States, with durability, immersion, and real tabletop use as the driving priorities. Our lineup includes both versatile, genre-agnostic environments and science fiction inspired battlefields created in collaboration with talented artists who know your game. Select designs feature high-definition and 4K artwork, allowing fine details and environmental depth to remain crisp and striking across the entire table.
This campaign funds Wave One, featuring 10 original designs, evenly split between generic environments and inspired settings. Optional grid overlays are available for tabletop RPG play, making these battlemats just as functional for narrative sessions as they are for large-scale battles.
These battlemats exist because the time, creativity, and care players put into their games deserve a battlefield that enhances the experience rather than detracts from it.
