The Game

The Game is a highly experimental, survival-style skirmish wargame. Formatted as a staple-bound zine printed on recycled paper, it is designed to play like a fast-paced, unpredictable battle royale or reality-television-style deathmatch.

How The Game Works

The mechanics focus on quick rounds with hidden player elements and fluctuating challenges:

Mini-games: Players randomly roll at the start of each round to determine the task. Challenges change dynamically, ranging from heavy combat to movement-based obstacle races.
Bluffing mechanics: Using a standard deck of cards, players can secretly play a card to alter their rolled results. Red cards subtract a point (-1), while Black cards add a point (+1) to influence the outcome.
Winning condition: It is a pure elimination game where the last remaining contestant standing wins.
