ALEPH’s special situations section, created for the purpose of eradicating clandestine AI’s, has created the Steel Phalanx, a military force composed of artificial operatives that imitate heroes from classical antiquity. The fierceness and unpredictability of these warriors is a great strategic advantage facing the EI, given selflessly by ALEPH as a gift to humanity. Nomads Army Pack
Armies: Nomads / Jurisdictional Command of Corregidor / Jurisdictional Command of Bakunin / Jurisdictional Command of Tunguska.
Who can better claim acquaintance with the Human Sphere, they who spend their lives steeped in planetary toil—too close to see the bigger picture—or they who excise themselves from the world, who look from the outside in and get a new perspective every day they wander its recesses?
Nomads have chosen to dwell at the periphery of the Sphere and, in doing so, they have become essential to its workings. The people of Corregidor take on the kind of arduous jobs that others spurn, often in the toughest conditions imaginable: the void of space, the frontlines of lawless wars, or both at once. The citizenry of Bakunin peddle all that is illegal or frowned upon inside the Sphere, but which people crave all the same: pleasurable vices, fringe technologies and dangerous fads. While Tunguska is home of secrets, being them data or bank accounts. This willingness to transgress has become the cornerstone of the Nomad Nation’s success; when you are this much of an outsider, the rules enforced by the system simply don’t apply to you. And every system has a demand for actors who disregard its rules.

Armies: Next Wave
No military force is more aptly named than Next Wave, because, whether or not it really reflects what the future holds for humanity, it is utterly unlike any other fighting force in the Sphere. It is part of the Combined Army, and like all the other forces integrated in the Combined Army, it is as capable as it is eager to act autonomously. Next Wave is made up of veterans of the wars on Paradiso, criminals and resistance fighters from the days of occupation, and also humans with alien enhancements, a fearsome combination that is very distinctive of this organization. Nevertheless, the technological contributions of other civilizations within the Hegemony are what set Next Wave apart, turning it into a force as powerful and effective as it is terrifying and strange to human eyes.

The Shasvastii are the Combined Army’s hounds, explorers and trackers. The Shasvastii army works to a criterion of lightness and mobility, disdaining super-heavy combat units. The specialty of this treacherous race is to cause panic, distrust, and paranoia, winning wars thanks to fear and stealth.
Sun Tze (Vulkan Shotgun)
Armies: Yu Jing / Imperial Service
Project “Advisor” was Yu Jing’s answer to Project “Maid of Orleans”. Yu Jing’s High Command requested ALEPH recreate a military strategist, a less notorious persona that functioned as a power behind the throne, creating victories without receiving too much publicity. The character of Sun Tze seemed the most appropriate, as much for his qualities as for his cultural affinity. The recreation of his personality was completed with a military background from Yu Jing schools of strategy, preparing him for modern warfare. Sun Tze is a natural born strategist, with an extraordinary vision of the future. His intense military talent is reflected in all his decisions. He possesses a sharp computer mind with which he can imagine and devise hundreds of plans and contingencies in an instant, which makes him a vital element in any operation.
