Action pack Red Caps

The main force of chaos.

A complete army loaded with laughs, flames, and dynamism. Truth be told, after a thousand-year “nap” in his Dream Chamber, the elven general Nuada woke up with a ravenous appetite for glory. Flanked by colossal ceramic and obsidian Crucibles that forge new hordes amidst white flames, this refined Master Artisan struggles to bring a minimum of order to his crazy troop. Attempting to apply military discipline to a tide of uncontrolled impish Redcaps who only want to raise havoc is, quite simply, a nightmare driving him from frustration to sheer paranoia. In the game, the mere presence of Nuada alters his troop, making them hyperactive and unpredictable.

Bugbowls

The most mischievous scouts. Bugbowls are completely incapable of waiting. When they want something, they want it right now. Immediately. The emotion that dominates them is impatience, and ever since Nuada’s awakening, their numbers have increased remarkably. The dwarves of Mounthaven who study Redcap behavior speculate that this might be because the former general of Gae Assail is an extremely impatient individual with very little tolerance for frustration. In battle, they stand out for their rolling charges. Bugbowls deploy as Scouts and roll directly to crash into enemy units before they can react. In addition, Plum the Slugger can catapult them directly into enemy lines to wreak havoc, as they also serve as living ammunition for the catapults.
