BLKOUT is a fast-paced, hard science fiction game where players control teams of infantry, robotic soldiers, and mechs in a near-future conflict on the colony planet of Abol. The game features a simple and quick D10 success-based dice system, and is designed for games that can be played in under 60 minutes.

Forget about special rules and army building; in BLKOUT, it’s all about raw tactics. Designed by real military personnel and advisors, BLKOUT focuses on positioning and placement of models. Not expensive books and complicated rules.

• Gameplay: A tactical skirmish-level war game where players maneuver and deploy units to outmaneuver and destroy the opponent’s forces. 
• Miniatures: Utilizes highly detailed 32mm scale miniatures, including infantry, robots, and armored mech units called “dusters”. 
• Rules: Features a simple-to-learn, 10-sided dice (D10) system. Players roll the dice for skill checks, with each successful roll counting toward a task’s completion. 
• Speed: Designed for quick gameplay, with typical games lasting 30-45 minutes. 
• Scale: Can be played as a small-scale skirmish or a platoon-sized engagement.
