Set in 1790’s Venice. Safe from the effects of the Rent in the Sky that tore Italy in half, Venice is now a hot-spot of magical activity. Strange creatures rise from the canals, the ruling class play violent games with lesser men, & the population of Venice try to survive. All vie for power in the street fights that take place in the dark of the night.

Carnevale is a small scale skirmish game focused on freedom of movement combined with brutal combat and impressive magical abilities. Jump from rooftop to rooftop to hunt your opponent’s gang, or dive deep into the canals to drown your enemies.  A truly narrative skirmish game, Carnevale is all about telling a story within the weird world of Venice under the Rent in the Sky. Join one of seven different factions, raise your gang, and fight out for your corner of the City of Canals. With an emphasis on narrative gameplay that uses the multiple levels and winding streets of Venice mixed with ancient horrors, Old Gods, sociopathic Doctors and many more, this is a game unlike any other you have played.
