HAVOC: Tactical Miniature Warfare is a fantasy/historical tabletop miniature wargame that allows players to use any miniatures from any manufacturer. Nominated for an Origins Award for Best Miniature Rules in 2010, it is designed as a cinematic “skirmish plus” ruleset optimized for tactical flexibility.
