- Full Army Activation:
  
  A player moves and attacks with their entire army before the turn passes to their opponent.
- Fast Combat Resolution:
  
  Dice rolls are resolved quickly for the whole unit, with “damage” accumulating to represent casualties, not individual model removal.

  Shooting Changes: Shooting cannot rout a unit unless it is already “Devastated” (damaged). Otherwise, failed Nerve checks from shooting result only in “Wavering”.
  
  Single Nerve Value: Units now have one nerve value rather than two, streamlining gameplay.
  
  Sticky Combat: Units in melee combat remain engaged until they use a specific “Withdraw!” order, preventing easy disengagement.
  
  Movement Improvements: Movement orders are more flexible, including extra pivots when marching or at the double, while charges have slightly updated requirements.
  
  Combat Phase Updates: Formerly the “Melee” phase, this is renamed to “Combat” to avoid confusion with the melee stat.
  
  Command Orders: A new feature allowing characters to issue special orders during the movement phase.
