Rad Pirates of the Toxic Sands is a post-apocalyptic nautical tabletop wargame where players command a small flotilla of “sandships” across the Mediterranean desert. The game challenges captains to salvage scrap, trade with oil rigs, and plunder “black gold” from tanker caravans using a single box of miniatures.

The Miniatures: Players typically use a single box of Warlord Games’ Black Seas Frigates and Brigs, splitting the six ships between two players.
Playstyle: The rules utilize a fast-paced system adapted from Gaslands, offering an energetic and chaotic “naval” combat experience on solid ground.
