Squad Hammer

Squad Hammer is a fast-playing, “beer-and-pretzels” tabletop miniatures wargame by designed for 15mm-28mm infantry squads, vehicles, and monsters. It focuses on simple, “dirty” mechanics, using 2d6 for ranged combat and d6 for morale/damage, making it ideal for using existing collections without complex list-building.

What does the rubble of Stalingrad, Vietnam, the far future and sword wielding dinosaur hunters have in common?
You can play all of them (and more) using Squad-Hammer!
Aimed at friendly, casual games by people who are interested in easy rules, Squad-Hammer can be summarized on a single sheet of paper.

The book includes a quick mission system (with victory points) and campaign rules, options for off-table support and a big section on creating your own units, from T-72 tanks to fire-breathing aliens.

Key features

  • Tactical Flexibility: A “toolkit” system suitable for various settings (sci-fi, modern, historical).

  • Unit Structure: Typically involves 8-12 units, often 5-8 infantry models per squad or single vehicles.
