Aetherstream is FASA Games universe of science fiction games. Interceptor was the first introduced and features fighter versus fighter space combat. Each of Aetherstream’s five factions has been provides a mix of 10 fighters. The Interceptor Campaign Supplement provided additional rules as well as a system to track experience for your pilots and squadrons while providing a way to generate campaigns and missions.
Leviathan introduced capitol ship combat and provided 8 ships for each of the first two factions. This campaign brings you the eight capitol ships for the third faction, the Babylonian Union. Also included is the Leviathan Campaign Supplement which includes additional rules, campaign and mission creation, as well as guidelines for creating captains and tracking their advancement.
The Leviathan Campaign Supplement is a full color book which adds the following rules and features to Leviathan:
- New Captain Skills, creation and advancement
- Movement and Combat in Orbit
- Environmental Effects including EM Storms, Hazards including asteroids, fortifications, drone swarms, fighter bases, and orbital batteries.
- Orbitals including bases and space stations
- Non-combat ships
- Task Forces – how to build and design
- Missions – Building missions and random generation
- Campaigns – creation and tracking
These new additions add more aspects to capital ship combat as well as fighting around planets and installations. The mission creation system and the Campaign system will allow players to make up their own battles, allowing you to see your favorite captains advance in both skill and prestige.
This add-on to the Leviathan Campaign Supplement provides the extra map sheets, status tokens, along with record cards to fully implement and enjoy the supplement. Included are:
- Matched pair of 24″ x 36″ moonscape mapsheets
- Matched pair of 24″ x 36″ planet scape map sheets
- 1 sheet of 35 round chipboard tokens for status markers and orbital height
- 1 sheet of 24 hex chipboard tokens for hazards
This guide provides additional detail for fighters from all the current squadron sets. Formatted like the information in the Interceptor Core Rulebook, this book includes all 50 base fighters along with a few variant versions from each faction. Additionally, this book will include some pre-built squadrons with game stats for both Interceptor and Leviathan.
New Ship and Station Models
We are at a crossroads in production of new ship models. As you all might imagine, the upfront cost of the molds required for any of these models is not small. We feel that injection molded versions of our designs are the best but the newest 3D printers are quite competitive in quality. We can 3D print on demand as opposed to making hundreds of injected molded versions. Thus, we are offering the new ships and models for this campaign as 3D resin prints. If we reach the stretch goals noted below, we will make the molds for the indicated ships and supply the injection molded pieces.
The Babylonian Union models shown below are production prototypes. All models, whether 3D prints or injection molded models will come unpainted. Some assembly may be required.
