What this is
In the wake of the Harrowing, a terrible storm of spores erupted over the fallen imperial territory, afflicting those that yet remained and addling their already-fragile minds. Now, these soldiers fight under the Fungal Aquila, donning rusting segmentata over their greatcoats and proclaiming the rise of a new imperial dominion, promised to them by a haunting voice from within the twitching mycelium.
This is an anachronistic rabble of 28mm scale Roman Empire-style weird little guys, designed for use in Weird War Napoleonic / Blackpowder wargaming.
What’s in the set
- Mycelial Legionaries – A multipart kit for the basic infantry soldier, including twelve bodies (with intergrated helmets and backpacks) and twenty arm variants, allowing you to equip them with muskets, spears, swords and shields, with mushrooms or without.
- Mycelial Centurion – A monopose hero character with a flintlocke and sword
- The Caesarling – A living tuber-turned-imperator, serving as a diminutive dictator for the legion.
- Alyssa and Minos – A mercenary treasure-hunter wearing a goddess’ sacred helm, riding the monstrous Minos, a mangy minotaur freed from the deepest labyrinth
