PaintPal Studio XP is a new expansion for the original PaintPal Studio Desktop Hobby System featuring new structural frames, drop-in paint modules, rear riser frames and more. It can be used completely standalone or incorporated with an existing PaintPal Studio setup.
Just like its predecessor, it’s “a simple 3D print-at-home solution for your desktop hobby needs” and uses the popular OpenLOCK clip method of connecting components. However, this time around, PaintPal Studio XP is using a dovetail system for connecting the main paint modules. This means faster print times, less material used and, most importantly, a much easier way of swapping modules to mix and match paint brands than before.
