Thrackdown is a fast-paced, miniature-agnostic science-fiction skirmish game for two players.
Command a small warband through the ruins and contested settlements of Nova Eden. Thrackdown uses alternating fighter activations to keep both players involved, while Nerve, Momentum and Surges reward pressure, positioning and bold play.
This free Alpha v1.4 starter package contains:
- A 4-page Quick Start Guide covering movement, shooting, melee, damage, Nerve and Momentum
- 20 pages of Faction Rules covering all six launch factions, their traits, unique Surges, units and weapons
- Rules for building warbands
- A compact tabletop reference for your first battles
Thrackdown is print-and-play friendly and miniature agnostic. Use any suitable miniatures and terrain you already own.
This is an open-alpha release. The game is fully playable, but rules and balance may change in response to player feedback. Updated files will be made available through your Wargame Vault library.
